ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.11.2023 and provide adequate police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioners and her daughter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent given a statement that he will not make any trouble to the petitioner and that was also accepted by the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by both sides, this petition is closed. With the regard to the issue, the parties shall work out their remedy through Civil Court process.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
