ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the respondents to issue equivalence certificate for the petitioner's qualification of B.Sc., B.Ed., integrated four years program conducted by the 2nd respondent as equivalent to B.Sc., (Botany) B.Ed., so as enable the petitioner to get appointment, by considering the petitioner representation dated 12.08.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3, the learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the 2nd respondent and carefully perused the entire materials available on record. 3.The petitioner has completed B.Sc., (Botany), B.Ed., integrated four year programme conducted by the second respondent requiring to issue a equivalence certificate to the same as equivalent to B.Sc., (Botany), B.Ed. He made a representation dated 12.08.2024 to the respondents. However, the same is not considered. Hence, this Writ Petition came to be filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 on instructions submitted that next equivalence Committee is likely to be held on 10.12.2024.

5.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to place the petitioner's representation along with necessary documents before the Equivalence Committee on 10.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
