The petitioners herein are the accused Nos.11,12,13 & 17 in C.C.No. C.C.No.201 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. They filed this application to quash the proceedings pertaining to C.C.No.201 of 2013 as illegal.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.03.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 09.03.2018. 3.Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
