Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Additional Chief Secretary / commissioner of Land Administration chennai to send the proposals to the Government without further loss of time and the Government may pass appropriate orders on the proposals sent by the District Collector Sivagangai even on 15.04.2010 since the residents in S.No.1/60 are residing for more than 300 years and they are not able to exercise voting right even though they are paying house tax 1/4
