Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine in R.No.6484594/E5/A3/2024-4 dated 21.11.

2024, cancelling the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Surgeon (General) at the Government Primary Health Centre, Vathipatti, Dindigul Health Unit, Dindigul and further informing that any request for appointment/seniority in MRB Selection 2022 for the post of Assistant Surgeon (General) will not be entertained, quash the same and further direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty in the post of Assistant Surgeon (General) at the Government Primary Health Centre, Vathipatti, Dindigul Health Unit, Dindigul, that was allotted to him vide proceedings of the second respondent Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine in R.No.6484594/E5/A3/2024-25, dated 12.07.2024, after completion of his final year MD (Anaesthesiology) Post Graduate exams at the seventh respondent Madurai Medical College.
