3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.12178 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.13528/2025 dated 13.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., at once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every English Calendar month for interrogation.
