ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the properties of the accused in Crime No.13 of 2022 were attached by the Government Order in G.O.(4D).No.93, Home (Police -XIX) Department dated 22.10.2024, the accused had sold the properties; and that therefore the respondents are bound to take action against the accused.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent is verifying the facts and if the allegations are found to be true, the second respondent would take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
