Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to cancel the settlement Deed Doc. No.4111/2023 registered at the office of the 3rd respondent and executed by the 4th respondent in favour of respondents No.5 to 7 registered at the office of 3rd respondent in respect of the schedule mentioned property situated in Old.S.No.5/1, New S.No.5/24 of Thirumohur Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai district relating to the Parental Sale Deed Doc. No.1370/1993 regd. with Thamaraipatti SRO, based on forged deed of Will registered as Book III, Doc.No.31/2016-17 at SRO Jayanagar (JP Nagar), Bengaluru, Karnataka in Private Attendance, on the basis of the petitioner's petition dated 18.09.2023 made to the 1st respondent. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner invokes Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908 for cancelling the petition mentioned document. The Inspector 2/4

General of Registration has issued circular for directing the authorities to keep the enquiry under the aforesaid provision on hold till the Hon'ble Larger Bench decides the issue. The petitioner's compliant will be kept pending. The second respondent will take a call based on the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Larger Bench.
