2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are staying at Madurai and the second petitioner is pregnant and hence, they are unable to appear before the respondent Police Station. Hence, he prays for modification of the above-mentioned condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, the condition No.6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9099 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is modified as follows:- ''6(c).the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Y.Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District daily at 10.30 a.m., from 26.09.2025, until further orders;"

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 23.09.2025 vsg 3/5
