O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition for transfer of S.T.C.No.273 of 2011 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Theni, to any other competent Court in Chennai stating that he is residing at Chennai and his bank account is at Chennai and both the parties are residing at Chennai and hence, the matter is to be transferred to Chennai and the matter is pending from the year 2011 onwards.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to transfer the case.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner and also considering the fact that the case is pending from the year 2011, the case in S.T.C.No.273 of 2011 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Theni, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Court of IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, for disposal in accordance with law. The learned Fast Track Judge, Theni, is directed to transmit the records, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of two months thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
