PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to directing the R2 to file a final report in Crime No.109 of 2023 dated 11.07.2023 registered under sections 420,465,467,468 and 472 of IPC within the time framed by this Honble Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.109 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.109 of 2023, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 472 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered on 11.07.2023, so far no progress is made in this case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 4 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a 2/4

period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 21.11.2023 NCC :
