ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's case is that a non-existent pathway is being erroneously reflected in the petition mentioned FMB record. The petitioner seeks correction of the same. The petitioner is permitted to lodge an application before the jurisdictional Assistant Director of survey. As and when such application is received, a proper field enquiry shall be conducted and after notice to all the interested parties, final order shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law. This shall be done within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the application to be submitted by the petitioner. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
