The husband is the revision petitioner. This revision is filed against the order of maintenance passed by the Subordinate Curt, Tiruchendur, in I.A.No. 1 of 2022 in H.M.O.P. No.14 of 2022. 1/4
2. When the matter was taken up on 30.11.2023, this Court, while granting interim stay, has imposed a condition that the petitioner shall pay the entire arrears of maintenance on or before 03.01.2024 and on failure to deposit, the order of stay shall be vacated.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner/husband would submit that the order of this Court dated 30.11.2023 could not be complied with by the petitioner.
4. In view of the non-compliance of the order dated 30.11.2023, the petitioner has to face the trial process before the trial court.
5. Without going into the merits of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
