ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the defendant in O.S.No.200 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif Court, Melur seeking expeditious disposal of said suit.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/1st defendant, the plaintiff having obtained an order of interim injunction, is protracting the proceedings and not co-operating for the trial. A perusal of the B-Diary extract will clearly indicate that the suit is pending for impleading the legal heirs of the deceased 5th defendant, without passing any order.

3. Considering the fact the suit is pending from 2016 onwards, the learned District Munsif, Melur is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible giving priority. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 21.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gbg 2/4
