ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act and 25 (1)(a) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.676 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD). No. 18562 of 2024 was dismissed by order dated 28.10.2024 on merits and there are no change in circumstances to entertain this anticipatory bail petition.
