By relying on a sale deed dated 06.03.2024 and patta No.3682 in the name of the petitioner's vendor, the petitioner had applied for patta transfer. On the ground that such application was not acted upon within a reasonable time, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to the sale deed, the patta in the name of the petitioner's vendor and the patta transfer application.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of within twelve (12) weeks.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application for patta transfer and dispose of the same on merits within a period of twelve (12) 2/4
