This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in C.C.No.671 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the case in C.C.No.671 of 2010, which was required to be quashed in this petition was disposed of in the Trial Court itself. Thereby, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. 3.Recording the above statement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
