The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even though originally Final Report filed and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.3 of 2016, it is pending on the file of the Special Court for TANPID Act, Madurai, subsequent complaint was received against the very same accused persons. Another suppliementry Charge Sheet was filed in the year of 2017. In the next complaint, 281 victims were included as on date. It will take some more time to complete the process of investigation. Hence, he seeks six months time to complete the process of investigation.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
