This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in S.T.C.No.400/2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.400/2011 was disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli on 19.12.2016 itself. Thereby, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.

3.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
