ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.24 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukottai and to quash the same as illegal. 2.The petitioner herein is the sole accused in C.C.No.24 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukottai. 3.Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought adjournment repeatedly, on 14.03.2018 this Court adjourned this matter subject to the condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent and also there is no representation for the petitioner side. Cost memo is also not filed by the petitioner.

5.In view of the non-compliance of the conditional order passed by this Court, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
