ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that no complaint was received by the 2nd respondent as against the petitioner. However, the 4th respondent lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent against the petitioner regarding matrimonial dispute and the same was also closed after enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the 4th respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same was closed by the 3rd respondent and no any petition is pending before the 2nd respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
