ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. He has given a representation dated 20.08.2022. The third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will hear all the interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
