This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertains to First Information Report in Crime No.59/2011 and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in the above said Crime Number, after completing investigation charge sheet has been prepared and the same has been sent for getting approval and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed

as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested this Court for granting an order of dispense with, since the petitioner is aged person and also he is residing far away from Dindigul. Considering the overt act attributed against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the petitioner. Accordingly, the appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with.
