Mr. M.Senthil Ayyanar, Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner, when the matter is called at 11.25 a.m. Today.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents herein to receive the basic land tax for the Petitioner's property measuring at 27 Acres and 60 cents situated in Survey No.7116, Aaloor Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District vide Patta No.335, by considering the Petitioner's representations dated 11.02.2019 and 25.06.2022 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents has produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/212/2023 dated 13.01.2023 which shows that action has been taken on the representation made by the Petitioner after the filing of the Writ Petition. 2/4

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he has any further grievance, from working out his rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
