Seeking to transfer the investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the trial is going on. by the petitioner. The order for transfer at this stage is unnecessary.
