ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.2 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.2 of 2023, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 107, 447, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered on 03.01.2023, so far no progress is made in this case.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was also made ready and it will be filed within a short period. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of fifteen days from the 2/4
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 21.11.2023 NCC :
