2.The learned counsel on either side submit that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.13452 of 2024 dated 24.06.2024, a writ appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD)No.493 of 2025 and the same is allowed in favour of the Transport Corporation by a judgment dated 20.08.2025.
