ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.193 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, as against the petitioners.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie.,03.12.2024), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He further requested this Court to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose the case within a time frame.

3. This Court is inclined to accept the request of the petitioners. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the following direction:-
