O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent/Superintendent of Police to transfer the investigation of Crime No.248 of 2023, dated 22.10.2023 on the file of the Senkottai Police Station, Tenkasi District, from the second respondent to any other Officer and file final report.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the Investigation Officer is openly telling that he is going to close the First Information Report in Crime No.248 of 2023.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no such proposal to close the First Information Report. During the course of investigation, eleven witnesses have been examined and it will be completed within a period of three months. 2/4

4.
