This petition has been filed to transfer the enquiry of the complaint dated 07.04.2023 from the respondents to any other investigating agency forwarded to the respondents vide order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4121 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurai dated 14.08.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already the matter has been settled between the parties and thereafter, based on the compromise, the matter has been closed.
