ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that complaint was received by the petitioner only on yesterday i.e., 28.11.2024 and CSR.No.515 of 2024 was registered in this regard.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 02.12.2024 and thereafter, the respondent police to complete the enquiry within two months thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
