(Order of the Court was made by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) The writ petitioner challenges the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.489 of 2023, dated 24.07.2023.

2. The petitioner has remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, which is alternative and efficacious. Hence, the Writ Petition is not entertainable.

3. Consequently, granting 15 days time to move the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
