direct the respondents to produce the body or detenu, namely, Karuthapandi alias Karthick, S/o.Pramatchi, aged about 22 years, now detained at Palayamkottai Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty. (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.8589, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department dated 21.12.2022, submitted that the detention order has been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
