ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Bank to immediately sanction the educational loan on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2024 and representation dated 16.11.2014.

2. Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

4. The plight of the student / petitioner should be considered by the respondent bank.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit all necessary documents to the respondent bank, as required by them. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to process the educational loan of the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2024 and representation dated 16.11.2014, within a 2/4

period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if she is otherwise eligible.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
