ORDER
When the matter is taken up for final hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner's request for deleting the names of the respondents 6 to 10 and restore the patta in the name of the petitioner and his brother has been considered, though based on a different representation and orders have been passed in 2/4
Na.Ka.No.REVSCT/909/2024-B3, dated 04.11.2024 rejecting the petitioner's request. The copy of the said order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner today in the open Court.
2.Recording the subsequent events, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 04.11.2024. If the petitioner prefers an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer challenging the said order dated 04.11.2024, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall consider the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after considering the objections of the private respondents 6 to 10. The question of limitation and the maintainability of the application before the Tahsildar being out of time as contended by the private respondents shall also be considered by the Revenue Divisional Officer as and when the appeal is preferred by the petitioner.
