This writ petition has been filed to direct second respondent to take action against the 6th respondent illegally quarried gravel sand from the petitioner's patta land in survey No.119/2, 120/1 of Venpangudi Village, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.09.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.09.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuance of notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
