2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the order 1/3

of this Court, dated 03.12.2024, the petitioner has deposited 20% of the compensation amount i.e. a sum of Rs.82,000/- (Rupees Eighty Two Thousand only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.81 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Pattukottai on 30.12.2024. A copy of the payment receipt has been produced to that effect. The said submission is recorded.
