The petitioner herein is the accused in Crime No.197 of 2012, on the file of the 2nd respondent police. This application is filed for a direction to change the investigating agency from the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents represented that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, as 'mistake of fact'.
