This petition has been filed by the petitioner / accused no.4, to transfer the case in S.C.No.184 of 2011, from the file of IV Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai to any other Sessions Judge in Madurai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this Petition, the trial in S.C.No.184 of 2011 has been completed and the trial Court has acquitted all the accused, including the petitioner herein, on 13.11.2014 and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
