This revision is filed to struck off the suit in O.S.No.79 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thirupathur, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that though this petition is filed to struck off the plaint, he will be satisfied if a direction may be issued to the trial court to expedite the trial process and dispose of the same within the time stipulated by this Court. However, the suit is of the year 2023. So if any urgency is there, the parties can approach the concerned court by setting out the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. On filing such petition, the trial court is directed to consider the same and dispose of the petition on its own merits.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
