ORDER

The petitioner / A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 22(b) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.173 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been granted bail by the trial Court. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
