ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to execute the award passed by the second respondent herein on 08.03.2022 in E.C.No.34 of 2019.
2. As per the amended Employees Compensation Act, the second respondent himself is the authority to execute the award under the revenue recovery proceedings. In view of the above said facts, the second and third respondents are directed to execute the said award within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.

3. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
