ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to forthwith assess the property tax and issue house tax in respect of the house in Plot No.76 in S.No.468/1A1 of Thiruvambalapuram Tsunami Colony, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, which was allotted to the petitioner by the Tahsildar, Radhapuram Taluk in proceedings No.Aa3/1623/2023, dated 02.08.2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the property of the petitioner had been assessed and a receipt in No.2024-2025/26/13/11/1/690 dated 01.12.2024 has also been issued. 3.In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition.
