*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the matter was taken up, HCP petitioner's son Thiru.Seeniyandi aged 37 years was present in Court. 2.Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor instructed by Mr.M.Muthukumar, Sub-Inspector of Police, Keelakarai Police Station, is before us.

3.Mr.J.Vishnu, learned Counsel for HCP petitioner had an interaction with HCP petitioner's son Seeniyandi and they have been satisfied that this is not a case of abduction as Seeniyandi says that he has not been abducted and he says that he voluntarily went with his wife. Learned Counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned HCP. Learned Counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
