ORDER

This writ petition came to be filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's association members' shops of Shop Nos.269, 364, 340, 379, 278, 339, 304, 282, 328, 364, 342, 404, 478, 418, 417, 444, 481, 482 situated at Madurai, Mattuthavani Integrated Vegetable Central Market.

2. Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

4. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that only because of the default of payment of rental arrears, the aforesaid exercise of lock and seal of the aforesaid shops has been initiated.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes to pay all the rental arrears till date.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner association to pay all the rental arrears upto November, 2024. On receipt of such payment, the respondents are directed to remove the lock and seal of the petitioner's association members shops of Shop Nos.269, 364, 340, 379, 278, 339, 304, 282, 328, 364, 342, 404, 478, 418, 417, 444, 481, 482 situated at Madurai, Mattuthavani Integrated Vegetable Central Market.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
