Pa.Mu.A5/10273/2024 and Na.Ka. B2/2555/2025, respectively and to quash the same as illegal as far as the petitioners are concerned and further direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the property under Survey Nos.17/3, Machoor Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, respectively in accordance to the Title of the said property. The principal ground of challenge to the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer is that such order was issued without notice to the petitioners.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader, who appears on behalf of all the respondents, submits that the matter may be remanded for reconsideration so as to provide a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners.
3. In these circumstances, the orders impugned in this Writ Petition are set aside and the matter is remanded to the Revenue Divisional Officer for reconsideration after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners. A fresh order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. W.M.P.(MD) No. 20447 of 2025 is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
