ORDER
The parties have appeared through Video conferencing and were identified by the respective counsel appearing for the respective parties. They have also in clear terms expressed that they have entered into a memo of compromise which had filed before the Court below.
2. In view of the same, the suit in O.S.No.365 of 2024, on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Kumbakonam, stands disposed on the terms of the compromise, by exercise of power vested with this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The learned Additional District Judge, Kumbakonam, is directed to pass an judgment and decree based on the terms of the joint memo of compromise.
3. The said compromise shall form part of the order.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
