ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.383 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.383 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2020, so far no progress is made in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within a short period, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Perusal of CD file shows that the investigation was almost completed. For what purpose it is kept pending is not known. Let the investigation in this case be completed and file a final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
