This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.1062 of 2020 on the file of the 1st Respondent as illegal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif, Vedasandur, Dindigul District and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.448 of 2023. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved over the final report, they are at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
