2. On a perusal of the writ petition filed originally and the order passed thereon, we find that there is no mistake in the order. But, the mistake is actually in the writ petition filed by the petitioner. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate application, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
